Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, your role is to successfully implement and manage partnerships with important Mylo clients who provide insurance products (small commercial, health, personal lines and term life) to their customers. In addition to partnering with prospects, clients and business partners, you will contribute internally to a cross-functional team focused on building the Mylo business.

You will create long-term, trusting relationships with multiple clients and act as their primary contact. As a Marketing Manager, you will develop strategic marketing plans, manage client implementations and optimize the accounts for revenue growth. Serving as the key relationship manager, you will develop presentations, manage integrated marketing campaigns and analyze client performance and KPIs.

Our ideal Marketing Manager has proven experience and passion in an account management role, is great at project management and has digital marketing experience. Ideal candidates for this role will also have an understanding of B2B and B2C marketing. Some travel will likely be required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the account manager for large strategic clients

  • Build and maintain postive, long-lasting client relationships

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders and sales team

  • Collaborate with internal teams regarding recommendations to clients

  • Create strategic marketing plans and go-to-market campaigns for clients

  • Track, monitor and analyze key performance metrics

  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the customer experience and revenue

  • Create post acquisition strategies for retaining existing customers

  • Provide proactive strategic management to drive revenue growth

  • Evolve digital engagement of product lines within the Mylo brand

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, account management, business or related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of account management experience.

  • Minimum 5 years working in traditional and digital marketing including: web, mobile, marketing automation, email marketing, digital analytics, SEO/SEM, online advertising, social media marketing and direct mail.

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms including CRM, marketing automation and analytics software.

  • A history of overseeing client accounts with limited supervisory oversight, managing both client and internal team expectations developing strategic marketing plans and leading the execution of tactical projects.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to relate to, persuade, and build consensus with clients and internal teams on using traditional and emerging marketing tactics.

  • Highly organized with robust project management skills.

  • High energy and positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing landscape, innovations and emerging trends with demonstrated ability to quickly adapt.

  • Superior client service, commitment to quality and demonstrated ability to grow internal and external client relationships.
