Small Group Health Program Manager

As a Small Group Health Program Manager, you will take a leading role in enabling Mylo to provide small group health insurance products to partners and their clients with 2-99 employees. Small group health will play a vital role in the success of current and future key partnerships. You will be responsible for activating new opportunities, leading new product/concept development, and facilitating the growth and retention of existing business.

As a Software Test Engineer, you will help Mylo change how businesses and individuals buy insurance through the use of technology. We are growing and changing fast and need to add a Software Test Engineer to our team to automate the end-to-end testing of our consumer-facing website, web application, services, partner and insurance carrier integrations, and tools used by customers and agents.

As a Mylo Sales Agent, you will be responsible for advising prospects through the choices of personal lines and/or small commercial insurance options, making recommendations and turning prospects into clients. Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for the most important asset at Mylo, our licensed agents. Your primary objective, as their leader, will be to support your team and team members, in such a way, that each team member performs to the best of their ability and potential. Amongst other things, the Team Leader is the coach, the motivator, the resource, the problem solver, the communicator, the analyst and at times, the performance manager. An effective Team Leader at Mylo is goal oriented, driven to be successful, and able to lead a team through the ups and downs of a dynamic sales environment. Said differently, the ideal Team Leader loves a challenge, and knows how to win.
