Insurance Sales Agent

As a Mylo Sales Agent, you will be responsible for advising prospects through the choices of personal lines and/or small commercial insurance options, making recommendations and turning prospects into clients. Our ideal team member will demonstrate not only a high level of professionalism but will also have the ability to embrace our culture, our fast paced environment and have the flexibility to easily adapt to changing priorities.

Account Executive

As a Mylo Account Executive, you’ll create long-term, trusting relationships with Mylo clients. Your role is to ensure the successful implementation and servicing of Mylo insurance products (small commercial, health, personal lines and term life) for new and current clients. Working as part of a high-energy multidisciplinary team, you’ll manage Mylo prospects, clients and third party vendors.

Our ideal Account Executive is great at project management, skilled at client communications, and familiar with account management software (CRM). Candidates should have an understanding of B2B and B2C Marketing and the insurance industry.

A successful Account Executive will collaborate with Mylo’s sales team and Lockton’s account teams to keep clients satisfied and actively engaged with us for the long term.

Marketing Campaign Manager

As a Mylo Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll develop and support marketing campaigns that earn revenue for Mylo products and bring our brand experience to life. You’ll devise B2B and B2C integrated marketing campaigns that not only acquire new customers and clients – but also keep them coming back.

Our ideal Campaign Manager is great at rolling with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Should have deep experience with marketing automation and automation software, a flair for client communication, and a strong understanding of end-to-end campaign management, including data analytics.

Call Center Sales Manager

As a Mylo Call Center Sales Manager, you will lead and oversee a team of inspired, passionate and fun Sales Consultants and Supervisors in an inbound/outbound call center. Your sales team sells and promotes all lines of insurance products (Life, Health, and Property/Casualty) to customers, provides product quotes and enrolls customers in policies.

Graphic Designer

As the Graphic Designer, you’ll create visual solutions that enhance the customer experience through strong design strategy and creative execution. The ideal candidate will help manage the Mylo brand, create impactful advertising that is both on brand and aspirational and drive sales through effective visual imagery. Candidates should have strong design, digital and social media experience as well as a solid understanding of general marketing practices.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for brainstorming, mocking up designs and executing concepts from start to finish. This position is an integral part of our company’s branding and marketing efforts and will help establish the look and feel for the Mylo brand.

IT Support Technician

As a Mylo IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing tech support and solving problems for IT users in a 100 person office.
