Telemarketing Customer Service Representative

As a Telemarketing Customer Service Representative for Mylo, you'll assist customers with acquiring personal lines insurance in an inbound/outbound call center. Our ideal team member will not only demonstrate a high level of professionalism but also the ability to embrace our culture, thrive in a fast-paces environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Manage provided leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

  • Gain familiarity with insurance products, eligibility, and coverage options

  • Place outbound phone calls to customers who have requested insurance information

  • Collect and document information received through questionnaire

  • Communicate with customers in a clear, concise manner over the phone

  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline process and procedures to enhance customer experience.

  • Protect the confidentiality of information learned in performing the duties of the position

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays

  • Professional phone etiquette

  • Strong active listening skills and attention to detail

  • High technology proficiency and ability to quickly maneuver within multiple customer management systems

  • Proven flexibility in a dynamic, changing environment

  • Insurance License not required
