IT Support Technician

As a Mylo IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and delivering exemplary service to all Mylo Associates. Our ideal team member will not only demonstrate a high level of professionalism but also the ability to embrace our culture, thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Your ongoing activities will allow Mylo to maintain business continuity as it scales and tackles new and complex challenges.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Thrive on making a positive impression with exceptional service

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer systems, wireless devices, peripherals and telecommunications systems

  • Build, maintain and manage software image inventory and systems

  • Create and maintain user and computer accounts in an Active Directory environment

  • Manage regular software updates for desktop and server systems

  • Package and deploy software applications to client systems

  • Manage Citrix servers and virtual applications in a remote access environment

  • Maintain MS Exchange objects including mailboxes and distribution groups

  • Document computer systems and procedures, network and floor plan maps and asset inventory systems

  • Stay current on new system procedures and processes, software capabilities and other tech advances


  • 2-3 years of professional IT Support experience

  • High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Office and Windows operating systems

  • Experience with virtual desktop environments is preferred

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines

  • Flexibility to work off-shift support and (minimally) travel

  • Confidential handling of customer and company information

  • Contagiously upbeat attitude
