IT Support Technician
As a Mylo IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and delivering exemplary service to all Mylo Associates. Your ongoing activities will allow Mylo to maintain business continuity as it scales and tackles new and complex challenges.
Our ideal candidate will:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer systems, wireless devices, peripherals and telecommunications systems
Build, maintain and manage software image inventory and systems
Create and maintain user and computer accounts in an Active Directory environment
Manage regular software updates for desktop and server systems
Package and deploy software applications to client systems
Manage Citrix servers and virtual applications in a remote access environment
Maintain MS Exchange objects including mailboxes and distribution groups
Document computer systems and procedures, network and floor plan maps and asset inventory systems
Stay current on new system procedures and processes, software capabilities and other tech advances
2-3 years of professional IT Support experience
High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Office and Windows operating systems
Experience with virtual desktop environments is preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work off-shift support and (minimally) travel
Confidential handling of customer and company information
