Not to brag (well, maybe a little) but Lockton has received this honor every year that it has existed. This program recognizes employers for outstanding performance in establishing workplaces where employees can thrive, enjoy their work and help their companies grow. (The winners are based in part on a survey of employees, which means that Lockton Associates all over the world agree.)
Lockton was also recently named one of America’s Best Employers by Forbes for the 3rd year in a row and added to Forbes’ list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity.
